I was really worried about being scammed or it not arriving on time or whatever and there was some complications because I ordered it in Switzerland to my US house but the service was amazing. It arrived perfectly on time I think it was 10 days after buying the bike. The packaging is so well put together even tho it’s hard to build. It’s stressful buying a bike anywhere online and this is the best place you can get it.

Really fun and great bike. Power and battery are perfect for me. shipping also very fast, got here in about a week.

I love my bike it's just sad that I cannot ride it in town and I really love to ride it. Awesome bike!!
