Solid Sets Eco Elastic Sweatpant

This was my second attempt to get these pants. They both came with a blue mark that war right next to the "V" logo. After reaching out about this issue & hearing back from AI Customize service agent who said sorry this happened for a second time. "I’m escalating your case so that one of our team members can examine the remaining stock before shipping another replacement. We want to make sure you receive a mark-free pair this time." That was the last time I heard back anything & that was over 2 weeks ago.
