Oh this is lush!! I still marginally prefer the chuck as it’s impossible to beat for value, but if I could afford it I would probably buy this cut regularly as well. Deep meaty flavour, so satisfying!

When i ordered, I didnt realise it was only 100g. Great taste…he best jerky ive had, but much cheaper to by good steak from the butcher.

4.5 good over all good size cuts just a tad more flavour would be nice. Tho i woild by more
