This book is filled with so much of what I’ve been going through for years. I knew there was something I was going through. People I’d talk to didn’t understand. They would say I was overreacting, you just in your feelings, you have everything what else do you want. He did so much for you. I’m like Did He? But this book is giving me tools to deal with my emotions and helping me to know, I’m right about what I’ve been feeling for years and that it’s ok to detach. I’ve done all I can do. I still have more to read. But Kesha I thank you! I don’t know how I came across your page, but I am so grateful!

This workbook arrived on time, and the content is phenomenal. It goes far beyond marriage and really explores self-identity. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that I would have loved a piece of discussion about passive aggressive relationships that don't appear toxic on the outside but become unhealthy because of the constant people-pleasing and avoiding difficult conversations in order to spare one another's feelings. Overall, this is a resource I'll revisit long after this season of growth. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to better understand themselves and their relationship.
