Came with a hole
I understand that this isn’t something the store could have prevented, as no one could have known there was a hole in the product while it was packaged. However, I attempted to contact the store via email to resolve the issue with no response. Multiple days later I attempted to contact them via their social media platform, still no response. It’s been a couple weeks and have yet to hear back .
