Nice people, easy to deal with. I was pretty disappointed with how small the Jenga and candyland really were, but the kids we're having so much fun with other things i don't even think they noticed. Kerplunk was as advertised, giant game about 4ft tall the kids loved. They have lots of other rentals available for really affordable prices. I do recommend for games and party supplies
