My carrier did break 6w after it arrived, a potential manufacturer error, however customer service was promt in adressing the issue and very respectful and polite.
My new carrier arrived less than a week after contacting them. It so far looks good and is beautiful. I'm hopeful as i really did like how comfortable the last one was so im hoping this one lasts a long time.
