The shoes are very comfortable. I bought them to replace another model (Etera) that you just discontinued. Both have a removable foot bed which I need for my orthotic. The footbed has always been easy to remove. However this new model had two glue areas and my husband used all of his strength to remove it. I hope that in the future you make the removable footbed easier to remove.
