Malibu Cloud Sectional

The in-store customer service experience at Kapolei showroom was great. Demi, I believe, was a big help. The movers who delivered and installed the couch were professional too. We had a mistake where a different product was delivered in place of the Malibu sectional’s arm rest section. Customer service never got into contact with us and it was incredibly hard to reach anyone. We eventually had to speak with the logistics/scheduling coordinator who was somewhat helpful as they didn’t follow up with us about whether they had the product in-stock. Had to reach back out to confirm.

Feathers all came out of lining

From purchasing in the store to shipping and scheduling a delivery date, and the actual delivery, it was so easy. Couch is exceeding our expectations!
