The FRESH Diffuser

Was excited for a new product after 5 years but this is a fail!!!

1. The devices does not allow for anything to be plugged in underneath so the entire outlet is now dedicated to the diffuser which is disappointing. 2. The code 8888 does not work on the 2 diffusers I received although they beep like the code worked and registered, it does not allow for any controls to be changed in the app. 3. The box had no instructions for the code or what the timers mean but instead had the common sense part of "take lid off and screw bottle in" which is very frustrating. Does 3hrs mean it runs for 3 hrs and is off for 3 hrs then comes back on? Does it go off in 3 hrs and then I will have to turn it back on?

Packs a lot of punch to be such a small device. Can literally smell it in every part of my apt (1200 sq ft)
