Aura Scent Diffuser

I ran into an issue (small technicality wrt removal of foil on the scent container jar that precluded full dispersion) …but I contacted the support team who suggested tips that led to resolution. I would have been highly disappointed otherwise. I am newly enjoying the Collins scent ;)

I couldn’t ask for better customer support from Aura House. I have purchased four diffusers and unfortunately I’ve had difficulty with them. The support I received from Claire has been exceptional. I’m still waiting for them to send me instructions on returning the diffusers there were bubbles unfortunately in the stems, so the mist came out for maybe a moment and then they never missed it. That was on the 2/1 ones they were gonna replace them, but then I had already ordered another one which was black. It worked for maybe a few hours. I spoke to a robotic customer service AI agent who was of some help but emails with Claire were exceptional. I’m still waiting for them. I know that they’re going to recharge me a $15 restocking charge on each item so I’ll lose about $60 plus I had to open for three bottles to use on the machines and those cannot be returned, which is fine. I was impressed with the customer service.

I LOVE this! Finally, my home smells delightful. It's easy to use, and I can see that the oil will last. The lowest setting is enough for our open concept living/kitchen area and beyond.
