these are amazing!!!!! we were skeptical at first, but we had a friend of ours, put one in his suitcase, cause he’s traveling to Alaska from Texas just to test it. It works!! It only lost signal when his plane was in the air; when he landed in Alaska - the signal ouckec again. 4200 miles away and we can locate him here in east Texas!! Amazing!!! highly recommend these!!!

I immediately emailed when I realized there was a pre-filled addressed. That was more than twenty years old for whatever reason and it was incorrect. I emailed multiple different sources with no response and no resolution. There is no support and money completely wasted.

Wish i would have read the other reviews before buying. It only works if you are right next to it with your phone, I tried to put it on one of my rental trailers and it only shows last known location when I was next to it. Seem like it ahould be advertised as a “lost my” device, not a tracking device.
