I recently started Invisalign treatment and my orthodontist gave me some of the mints to help seat the trays. I had tried the small chewies before (the mini pool noodle-looking ones) and they were terrible in every way. The mints, on the other hand, work really well and actually taste great. They make it much easier to properly seat the trays. I also picked up the cleaning tabs and whitening foam and have been really happy with both. Everything feels simple, effective, and easy to stick with. The only thing I’d love to see them add is those mini disposable toothbrushes for when you’re out at dinner or traveling. Overall, I’ll definitely keep buying these throughout treatment—and probably the mints even after.
