Sent me a broken phone that wouldn’t stay connected to the network. Took several emails back and forth to get them to echange it. Then they made me wait to get the replacement. I went with them because they were Canadian and would be faster—literally could have got a working phone from China in less time. If there are errors in this message it’s because i’m still writing on a busted phone wanting for the replacement 😭😭
