I loved my cookies, especially the NYC! The only downside was a chunk missing from my red velvet cookie. But when I contacted customer service about they were incredible! They even gave me a $25 voucher which I will be using on more NYC cookies and the elusive red velvet 🤤

I ordered your product as a gift for a client of mine. Unfortunately, they didn't get to enjoy the product until 4 days later. Australia Post was late in delivering the product, meaning my client's office had closed by the time they arrived. The product was then taken to the closest Aus Post. As the product was in my client's name, only they could collect the goods. Given the nature of their business, they weren't able to collect the product until Wednesday. I'm giving this feedback as perhaps you might consider adding a section in within your online ordering system where one could advise of delivery details, times etc, especially considering this is a food product. Perhaps it might be worth evaluating whether Aus Post is your best option as your preferred delivery method. Brooki itself did a great job of having the product prepared and sent out extremely quickly, for which I am very grateful, so thank you so much for that. As someone who has had the pleasure of indulging in your product (more than once haha) it's sad my client didn't get to enjoy a fresh product.

Absolutely delicious cookies! Every bite felt warm fresh and comforting truly like happiness in a box. Perfect balance of sweetness and texture and beautifully presented too. Highly recommended, even for people who don’t usually have a sweet tooth because the sweetness is just right!
