Unlimited mobility is the key to an enjoyable run or hike. These shorts have been favorites for many years and I just keep adding various colors to my collection. I love the freedom without being stuck to wet pant legs. Plus, any cool breeze is a welcome surprise. Liner contains the package so no exhibitionism is performed. Just minimal coverage to allow the legs to move freely. Love ‘em.

Might’ve given it a 4 but really it would be a 4 1/2. These are the best split shorts in the world. My only complaint is they’re so silky... the light colors are nearly see-through (when wet). But it doesn’t bug me too much. They’re light, fast and free. The darker ones or the more nylon (less silky ones) are not transparent when sweaty, at all. Overall fast, no nonsense running! Get-em!
