ARD+Scope Cap
I have an Arken gen2 and ordered the 65mm ard+scope cap. The Ard was very loose and would just spin and rattle around, basically unusable. I then ordered a 63mm and the fit was perfect. The Ard was nice tight slip fit and the Ard is completely rock solid and does not move or spin at all. I understand 3D printing as I run them at my company. Scope barrels are turned on CNC lathes which hold incredibly tight tolerances, so it not like scopes are going to vary so much that you need to print Ard's oversized to accommodate any variations. I think you need to re-size the ARDs so they are all tight slip fits. The Ard should not be loose and rattle around. Of the 3 F's fit, function and feel 2 of 3 are nailed, the feel and function are amazing but need to get the Ard fitment to be correct, especially at the price point of these. Someone who spent $6k on a ZCO or Tagent Theta will not run an Ard that is loose, spins and rattles around. Other than that, I am extremely happy now that the 63mm ARD fits my Arken gen 2 perfectly, no spinning or rattling around and any scope glare is gone while still having great light transmission.
