Found a pair at goodwill for 2$ so i ordered what i thought was the appropriate size.... they came and are about 2.5 sizes too big, contacted customer service via email and they informed me i can indeed make an exchange but that i had to cover the expense to get the exchange. Its 2026 why are we really making the customer pay for an exchange of the product?!?!?!? Honesly a joke and i can find basically the same exact shoe on amazon for cheaper, gets here faster and exchanges are always FREE! the hype on this product is a joke and a waste of time. Try amazon first
