I can't live without these

I don't think I can live without a stock of these in my freezer at all times. They are my all time favorite cookies. Something about the simple cookie on the bottom with the soft and sweet frosting on the top is unreal. And they are HUGE (although I do always eat in one sitting and rarely share!).

Wow!!

These are the best cookies I’ve ever tasted! If you’re vegan or not doesn’t matter, everyone will love these. The frosting and cookie are both so light and fluffy. The cookie is huge! I will definitely buy these anytime I see them. Love!
