Aryna Bag

This bag was not leather as advertised, it was damaged, the strap was unraveling. I contacted the Masion Ginza as soon as item was received and damages noted via email and photo. Received email from 'MAYBEL' a representative of the company vowing to get back to me regarding return and or refund. This was over 2 months ago. I made several request since and have heard absolutely nothing from company. I am extremely disappointed with this company and will no longer buy anything from this. The item was falsely advertised and the customer care is nonexistent. I would not recommend anyone buying anything from this fraudulent company.

Not happy with this bag feel plastic and not soft like advertised it’s smaller than is looks and no golden brand name on it also which show on the advertisement not worth the money I paid for it i feel it has been faulty advertised.

Not like described at all... cheaply made . . . I've only had it for 2 months and it has already torn on both ends of the zipper. It's unfortunate cause it's a cute functional bag.
