Boatneck Blouse sewing pattern

I see a large number of Boatneck Blouses in my future!

I have just completed my first Boatneck blouse, using an overlocker for the very first time - what a lovely pattern! And how easy and quick to put together with an overlocking machine :) As a novice to sewing, I appreciated your clear instructions and explanatory images. I have ordered a bunch of striped t-shirt fabric and can’t wait to run up some more of these.

Having just coming back to sewing after a long time, I wanted something easy The long sleeve t shirt is Great, easy instructions and easy to put together, i made the top in a Nice black cotton jersey Sleeves Are long i reduced The by 4 cm I should have measured ( i know ) length Next one i make i will make longer, i prefer a longer top Just have to find a another nice cotton jersey. I am in Australia, frist time printing and putting pattern together for me Will do more

Fun project, good result

An enjoyable fast make. I appreciated the ease of putting the PDF together with no trimming before assembly. The actual pattern was simple enough to sew yet produced a very wearable and chic wardrobe basic. I’m in Brittany, France so it’s the home of the Breton striped top so my project has to be good enough to pass muster. I used a lightweight dead stock fabric to toile for my fit but didn’t need to make ant adjustments. Sometimes it’s possible to get the authentic fabric as used in the original Breton tops here as I am in the same region as the factory of a famous brand… that’s the next one 😉. Highly recommend this pattern.
