Candy arrived melted. Full refund issued promptly.

Candy arrived a day later than the original FedEx tracking number indicated it would be, so the ice pack was unable to keep it cool. I was disappointed that the Hot Rocks candy was melted. I contacted the seller and they issued a full refund (including shipping) promptly. 1 star off because, well, you know, it was melted. :( I will order it again in the winter. Reno to Houston is tough on chocolate in the summer.
