Digislide - Digital Camera

I saw the link thru tiktok and I ordered, it said it'll come for few days but it went longer than that which I don't mind at all cuz in the end it actually came, so grateful for the great delivery and product!

Im not even sure if its the same product, the camera material feels cheap, like a hard plastic. the photos are oddly drained in color and grainy and even after changing the settings barely anything changes and looks nothing like the instagram promotion reels.

TERRIBLE customer service. I've been emailing every other day for assistance on how to return. Got one email saying they will contact me. That's been weeks ago.
