Warranty review

Submitted a warranty because my ring swelled up badly. This ring is better than what I had before and feels more sturdy built, 4 stars. If I had to review the company based on my experience, I'd give between a 2-3. I would have liked to upgrade and pay the difference for a more substantial ring but thats not allowed. Chat bot could not answer my questions. Warranty code didn't initially work. Also the website is not very user friendly. May or may not shop again.
