Solid Deep Stone Thin Ring

Disappointing

This isn’t the right I was supposed to order. I had the original slate gray customized and somehow I got the thin slate gray ring. I can’t do a return since it’s a custom order. I wanted the solid deep stone ring in original not thin.

Warranty review

Submitted a warranty because my ring swelled up badly. This ring is better than what I had before and feels more sturdy built, 4 stars. If I had to review the company based on my experience, I'd give between a 2-3. I would have liked to upgrade and pay the difference for a more substantial ring but thats not allowed. Chat bot could not answer my questions. Warranty code didn't initially work. Also the website is not very user friendly. May or may not shop again.
