Medium-Rare to Medium ONLY. This is a beef that is tasty on it's own. I did place a little salt and pepper for additional "Old World Steakhouse" taste. Please make this your #1 Go-to Steak. I bought 6 and my eldest son is truly spoiled with me around. Live well with these and don't over cook and let "Rest 15-minutes" after cooking before carving into it... Enjoy Mate!
