This ring is so beautiful. But it doesn't adjust like it is described. I give it 5 stars because even though the ring didn't fit, it is such good quality and a very beautiful ring. But I did reach out to customer service. They were fast and friendly. The return process is so easy, and they are allowing me to exchange it for another piece. I love this company and their customer service. I now own several pieces from them.
