Softener Brine Tank Safety Float Valve Assembly

Took two weeks for me to get the item. FedEx shipped it back-and-forth between Indianapolis Indiana to various locations in Kentucky twice. When it finally did arrive, the box was deformed and had obviously been bent. When I opened the box, the item was damaged. I understand it I understand it’s not the suppliers‘s fault but I would hope they would send me a replacement very quickly using something other than FedEx. I am waiting to see how this gets handled. I am not pleased at all.
