Return process is terrible
Do not buy these shoes or any other ones unless you are 1000% sure of your size and you’ve measured your foot every possible way and you will keep the shoes no matter what. I have been dealing with returning a pair of these purchased in March and it is been TERRIBLE. I was promised my refund by 5/11/2026 and I have yet to see it. I’ve reached out to customer service again but I have to be the one to trigger every step. I had to previously reach out to ask the status of my return as they had received my return and had weeks to evaluate it. They will do everything they can to keep your money! Beware!!

Love the design, but way too wide through the body and heel of the shoe. Will flop off my foot. Will be returning.

I’ve been looking for a wide leather flat that has comfortable insoles for work and this is the one. The toe box is roomy and I don’t feel any squeezing at my bunion areas. Needed no breaking in at all. 10000% recommend for wide feet or swollen feet.
