Hygienist’s New Go To

I am a dental hygienist of 31 years. For all of them I have been recommending the Sonicare brush to my patients. I have used this brush myself for many years. In doing so, I have brushed away my gingival tissue. I have recession everywhere. Recently I have undergone my second Periodontal Surgery - a connective tissue graft from my palate to my lower posterior teeth to re-cover the roots exposed due to gingival recession. The periodontist told me that Curaprox brushes which would be a much safer option for me to use regularly to clean and preserve my delicate gum tissue. I am in love! Works

Gets the job done. It’s nice on the teeth and gums, but still cleans it thoroughly enough. I tend to forget that it exists because it never bugs me. I guess that’s the aim of the good tool.
