Magnesium Complex - Longevity & Cortisol Support

I was taking magnesium for years to help me sleep but never noticed any difference in my sleep. Then I read that different types of magnesium do different things. So I searched for the best type of magnesium for my purpose. Glov was highly recommended and I ordered it. I have noticed a positive change. I fall asleep quicker and seem more relaxed.

It took a relatively long time to arrive with no expected date given until the day before arrival. Customer service was helpful when I inquired but weren't able to tell me when it would be delivered. It did arrive after a few weeks. I have not seen/felt any change - still waking up at 3am and still having hot flashes - but it has onky been a week or so since I received the product.

Hoping it will help with chronic migraines. Difficult to tell if it does as I’m on new meds from my neurologist which are working. I will continue for the time being and see how it goes
