Spring-Pin

Love these. Train by myself a lot and the Spring-pin’s are nice when doing drop sets and the like.

Its a little challenging to use , doesn’t explain how to use on the machines but it is working after the fact. My concern is its made cheaply with plastic and feel like its going to break over time as it shoots out with the spring

Works like a charm.
