Best shoe for training. This is my second pair and i love the fitting. My first pair is still going strong and is taking the beating like anything and still works great. Recommended my sisters and they bought one too.

They're ok

These shoes are hard as brick. The foot area is slightly lifted. I don't know if that's by design. I almost rather it be completely flat. I also understand the shoe is probably more for a multipurpose athletic role, but I don't see myself ever wanting to run in them or wear them for longer then my hour lift session. All the little "studs" on the outside part of the shoe is not they way I imagine them being from the pictures.
