Mildly works
This one is a hard maybe. I don't take it - my husband does. He has terrible allergies (one of which is cats and we have 4). He says he feels like it gives him MILDLY better breathing when he takes it. Mildly. I asked if we should keep getting it and he said probably not. So it may be worth trying but I wouldn't expect it to knock your socks off.
