I love the bag just got it in. Only issue idk of it was the factory or delivery but it came ripped. I tried to send it to customer service and no one got back to me. Would buy another one for sure just wish this one wasn’t ripped when i got it. Still use it every day tho.

Really nice tote bag to upgrade from my old plastic grocery bags. Lol. I initially had some difficulty with the zipper, as it was catching on the fabric below the zipper, jamming it. But that was resolved. I do not know if that is a common problem, but if itbis common, then I would suggest some adjustments in design to prevent the zipper from jamming with the underlying fabric. Otherwise, the tote is great, appears well made, is roomy, and looks really nice. BTW, I also stuffed it with a couple jackets to make it into a comfy make-shift pillow.
