Great starter instrument for kids!

I had never played Ukulele (or any string instrument for that matter) and I wasn't sure if it would work to try to teach my twins who are five. We've had it for about a week and it has been so fun! My daughter learned a song in about 5 minutes and was very proud. I had to watch a few videos to learn more myself in order to demonstrate for them. The instrument has a lovely sound and the tuner works well. They even played a little duet with ukulele and the pitch pipes.
