I was skeptical at first, thinking it would be the same as past Sezzy programs (don’t get me wrong, I love them all!). This was so different, challenging and diverse with nuggets of running and sweat along with Pilates and flow! Enjoyed the challenge, going right back into round 2!
For me this was a great way to find myself post baby 2. Quick intense workouts that I could do during naps or after bedtime! I can see tangible results! Love love love

Very good program However if you do not work out regularly this program will kill you. I have had to restart it as day 1 left me sore for 3 days.
