Almost just right

I have been very pleased with the prints but I do have a strong recommendation. You need to do soemthing about the way the photo can be hung. The little hole in the back is flimsy and easily damaged. You then have to find another way to hang the things. If some kind of plastic piece was added it would resolve the issue. It would also keep me from going nuts trying to hang the lovely photo you just sent.

All-around great!

I am a helicopter pilot stationed overseas and our pilot corps decided to do a personal multi-print order with Fracture of various aviation photos from our unit as gifts for our transferring pilots. Due to the shipping difficulties of our location overseas, one of the prints arrived cracked and damaged. However, Jessica from customer support helped out and due to the warranty, Fracture priority delivered a replacement print within a few days - (shipping overseas) - Impressive!
