We make our traditional light as air nougat dipped in caramel and rolled in mammoth pecans. This treat looks lovely sliced and added to a dessert tray or on it's own. The perfect balance of sweet and savoury.

I was disappointed with this product. It is usually very good and this onetime it was hard as a rock. I still highly recommend Rheo Thompson.
