Awesome cooler. Something so simple as the temp display changes the game on what this is. I use it out on my boat in the Gulf. Stays cool all trip and then some. But doesn’t freeze over even with 8lbs of Yeti ice in it. So just some overstated branding. But all i get are compliments. Can my food and drinks are Lways perfect. Cant ask for much more

First, the product took a very long time to arrive and it was impossible to contact customer service to determine where it was. When it did arrive, the thermometer did not work and, again, all attempts to contact customer service failed. I have an old version of this cooler and that cooler (with no thermometer) is an excellent cooler. But the customer service is about the worst I’ve experienced.

Honestly this is the best cooler we have ever owned. Coming from yeti for years this is a true game changer
