Multiva Advanced & Element 12 Combo

I now rely on taking Element 12 Magnesium before going to bed every night - without fail. Prior to using it I experienced seriously acute muscle cramp pain in both legs during the night, with associated loss of sleep. I had previously tried various other forms of magnesium with very little success, so Element 12 is now an absolutely essential supplement for me. A good pain-free sleep every night is now the norm.
