was excited to try tag for the first time. sent 3 cards at quickest grading at the time. was 15 business days from starting grading. took 2 months. was told sorry and was not reimbursed or given anything for it. love the slabs and grades were as they should be which is what i was looking for. put a bad taste in my mouth and unsure if i want to grade with tag anymore. i do grade over 50 cards a week with many companies so i need a fair company.

I can't submit pictures for something I dont have. Tag received my to Standard submissions on 4/21 and 4/23 for a 30 business day turn around time. The 4/21 submission went to image processing on 5/8 and hasn't moved. The 4/23 submission just made it to image processing on 6/2. The 30 business days just hit with no end in sight to my submission. Tag had some of the slowest customer service i have ever seen. 5+ days for medial tasks is ridiculous.

Very fast turn around which i appreciated!
Happy with my grades.
I did order a custom card for my daughter at the card show in Vancouver and never got it though. Haven’t heard much about that.
But otherwise my first submission with tag was amazing and I look forward to using tag for all my future grading!
