Better customer service. Was sent a subpar product and missing hardware. I was offered an exchange. I had to send the product back, shipping was out of my pocket. I kept them updated on shipping and tracking number. After the shipper notified me that they had delivered the cable ties, I reached out several times for an update on my exchange with zero response. Finally, after a week of trying to contact them and starting a new email chain, they responded and sent the replacement cable ties. They were very nice in their responses but feel like they could have offer some compensation for shipping cost and the delay in my products. Something as little as a coupon would have gone a long way. By the time I got my product they were on sale for 30% off which I did not get. I just feel like they fell a little short on their customer service and trying to keep a customer.
