Difficult Conversations

Thank you for the card. My boss shared his selected card with the other leaders and provided a brief insight. Everyone is now sharing their reflections.

Very clear, step by step ways to prepare for difficult conversations. I have seen much of the statements before, but the simple layout and format made these easy to remember.

The cards are great, but I wasn’t aware of the additional taxes to be paid for customs. If I had known, I would have settled for the digital version.
