Overall quality is fair. The pictures are too loosely hanging onto the gear, some can fall off easily. I also uploaded the pictures in square cropped format, but they are not fully displayed still. Be aware of choosing right pictures for this particular product, as the middle part will get separated into a big gap and there is no fine adjustment at all.

相盒十分精美，相片沒有掉落跡象，唯注意只可以向單一方向轉動，前面有人提到中間的空隙稍大，所以在揀相時要多加留意，盡量避免把頭像跨越中間線 P.S. 工作人員會給客户預先看刻字的效果，當我發現自己打錯字需要更改時，他們亦迅速地回應，令到整個體驗感覺良好，值得嘉許 (有一顆星是給工作人員的)
