Firstly, they took about two weeks to arrive, then they sent the wrong plug. I emailed customer support about this but I never got a reply. Luckily I had a spare. The robot itself though is AMAZING!!! I got one for me & my best friend & its moved our friendship to a whole new level! The sound quality is not great & there is a delay when we talk but you get used to that. Overall though its one of the best gifts ive ever bought!! I would've given 5 stars but the complete lack of customer aftercare let it down. If your bestie doesnt live close by, you need a Blinky Bot!

Its certainly not as advertised, doesnt move as fast, not is the app as clear and easy to use, its a fun gadget but if id knows how different to the advertisement is what going to be i wouldn't have bothered for $100
