I was having a stain issue with my pool. I placed an order online after talking to an associate on the phone. I received the order, in Cleveland, the next day. I ended up not anything from my order because the stain "Magically cleared up" on its own. I contacted customer service about a return. They gave me the info I needed to ship everything back. An hour after they received the return, I received an email stating that the return had been processed. I checked my bank account and the return had already appeared.
