Frozen when delivered but not leaking. Like this product
Great item. Package arrived in great shape. I was concerned about all bottles having contents FROZEN and a few of the lids cracked; but thawed out when I placed them in the sink in warm water. Bottles had bottom bulging out but liquid did not leak. Perhaps due to delivery truck being loaded night before and left outside.

This product works "Great" I've used it twice n minutes later the bubbles/foam disappears in my Spa !!! I bought the gallon size n I'm glad that I did 😀
