Hydro Pill

Great for timing and power!

As I age, power is super significant for me. I also still play competitive baseball, so power in rotation is also huge. Not only that, but the water offers timing of that power and exploring different ways to use the pill, has been fun and great to unlocking underutilized muscles and evening out my right and left sides! Definitely recommend!

Unique experience

Really enjoy the different element that moving water brings to certain exercises. Recruits a lot of stabilizing muscles. Looking forward to what type of exercises I can come up with to keep workouts fresh.
