It doesn't have a pleasant taste. It's tolerable for all that it claims to do. It's chalky I got the chocolate flavor it doesn't taste like natural chocolate. It tastes better with milk but since I'm watching my calories I drink it with water It's too soon to say whether it works. I won't be repurchasing, especially at the grand price of $289.00
