I hadn't been using my dishwasher for a few years. I had even forgotten what its problems were. One of the problems was several large places on the racks, that had completely uncovered metal, which had rusted quite a bit. Another was a leak, while a third was that the soap despenser was not working. We aren't working on our house, because my husband is flipping the house next door, which stopped us from working on ours. I've wished for the use of my dishwasher, and decided to do what I could to make to usable. I replaced the rubber gasket around the door, and looked for something to coat the rusting spots on the racks. You were the place I found with the ReRack product. While waiting for it to arrive, I cleaned and sanded down the exposed metal spots on both upper and lower racks. Then, I let them dry thoroughly. When your product arrived, I took the bottom rack out to an old wooden picnic table to apply the ReRack to the rack. I had imagined that it would go on smoothe like a new rack. Even though the repared places didn't look like a new dishwasher rack, I was still very pleased with the coverage and usability I got back by coating the rack with your ReRack product. I highly recommend this product to anyone that has exposed metal on their dishwasher racks. This stopped the rust from staining of my dishes. My dishwasher still leaks a little bit (I can catch this with a couple of paper towels stuck under the door), and the soap dispenser still doesn't dispense the detergent (I just set a pod in the bottom of the dishwasher), however I have been able to wash dishes in it with a little TLC. When we get through with the house next door, we will start working on the kitchen in our house, and I am sure we will get a new dishwasher. Thank you for your product. I am so glad to be able to wash dishes in my dishwasher, again.

Love the concept and the company. Great price and delivery. My problem is how globby the product is. This is my second bottle and both have been very globby and difficult to apply.
